Continued Support – A relationship beyond service.
We are always pleased to stay in touch with our clients and their families even after our services are no longer required. Our employees love to hear how well they are doing, and we are always happy to provide assistance, information or answer any questions.
Often times, past clients and their family members will want to inquire or pass on greetings to caregivers who previously attended to their care. We always enjoy having visits from our past clients, and we welcome the company.
To us, continued support means being available to you and your loved one whenever you need us. Some clients may even require our services intermittently.
You, as a family member, may find the duties and responsibility associated with a loved one’s care very demanding. Over time, the relentless attention to care and the accumulated physical and emotional strain can lead to “burnout”, which can affect the quality of care provided. Our respite service is available to you whenever you need it. We will help you rest, recharge, and recover. You can also relax knowing that we will supply the same superior care and attention to your loved one while you’re taking a break.
"The most significant aspect of our service is to focus on compassion for these in need of care. We are always cognizant that there is a strong correlation between quality of life and the qualityof care we provide." - Gloria Osborne, founder and CEO
